Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate – Unlike a guest certificate, it does not have fixed dates of stay or booked services. The certificate contains a fixed amount that can be used to pay for any of our hotel’s services.
Use it at a time convenient for you by coordinating your stay at Lisotel with the manager by prior arrangement. This is an ideal way to give freedom of choice and pleasant moments of relaxation.
Rules for using certificates:
– The certificate can be purchased for any service or with a money equivalent.
– The certificate is valid until the full use of the nominal amount and can be used during one visit.
– To use the certificate, you must make an appointment in advance, indicate its number and provide the original to the administrator before starting the service.
– Cancellation of the certificate must be made no later than 24 hours before the visit, otherwise the certificate will be canceled.
– By purchasing a certificate, you CONFIRM your agreement with the terms of its use.
– Refunds for unused certificates are not provided. We are not responsible for the failure to provide services if the client does not apply for them.
